Mclean Architecture is led by architect Shaye Mclean and consists of a small practice of passionate architects and designers who believe in creating functional spaces that delight; whether it be during your morning coffee, during your lunch break or even as you undertake your fifth load of washing for your busy family…
With over twenty years’ experience, both locally & nationally, Shaye is experienced in all facets of architecture, project typologies, scales, and budgets.

She has a passion for creating beautiful spaces for all to enjoy, no matter the budget, project type or brief.
When not sitting over a drawing board, at a computer or playing with colour samples, Shaye can be found travelling with her photographer husband, dragging her daughters through various architectural works, and escaping to Lot 14, her ‘off the grid’ property in Ballandean, Southern Queensland.
